Operation Executive

Location: Lampedusa, Italy

Period: from April to early November

Role and Responsabilities:

  • Welcoming guests to our accommodations, providing all necessary information for a pleasant stay.
  • Managing reservations and check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Providing assistance to guests during their stay, addressing any requests or needs.
  • Collaborating with external offices for reservation management, guest communication, and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accommodation quality and cleanliness standards in line with company policies.
  • Collecting feedback from guests at the end of their stay to continually improve the service provided.
  • Coordinating, independently, activities carried out by partner companies, which have been active for some time and are involved in tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and guest transfers.
  • Inventory of consumable products and organization of supplies (supported, where necessary, by the central office in Siracusa).

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality or customer service sector is preferable.
  • Ability to independently plan and organize daily activities.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Flexibility with work hours, which may include activities during weekends and holidays.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in stressful situations while maintaining calm and professionalism.
