SUDEST represents an icon in the short term rental marketplace of Sicily. Our goal is to immediately combine the authenticity of managing holiday homes and villas with the pleasure of offering top-level services to all guests who choose to visit Sicily for vacation and want to feel at home. Each house is carefully hand-picked with particular attention to detail. We are proud to offer the opportunity to explore and make known the true culture of our beautiful island. The idea was born in 2015 from the founder and manager, Pierpaolo Gurciullo. After a ten-year career in sales, he decided to invest in the hospitality marketplace starting from the historical center of Syracuse, Ortigia, a place full of history, culture and ancient architecture. Since the results had exceeded his expectations, Pierpaolo has taken the decision to increase his property management, expanding horizons. To date, all this is enclosed in the name: SUDEST, a business officially established in 2018, which has become a reference icon of vacation homes management in south-eastern Sicily, which offers carefully selected houses and villas in the best locations.
