- Please take good care of the room you’re staying in.
- Nonregistered guests are prohibited from entering the property.
- Checkout must be no later than 10:00 AM, a late checkout must be preapproved and prepaid.
- Please minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Organized parties and loud noises are not allowed.
- Smoking and or vaping are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please turn off the A/C or heat unit and lights when leaving the room.
- Please close the balcony doors and
- windows when leaving the room.
- Please recycle using divided garbage bins under the sink.
- For the convenience of our guests (where provided), electronic safety boxes have been installed to store any valuables, therefore management is not responsible for any loss / or damage to guests’ belongings.
- Guests will incur an extra charge for any damage to the room.
- Guests will incur an extra charge of €200 for lost keys.
Please Note: We do not recommend drinking water from the faucet, although it is used for cooking.
